• Timeframe: You must apply for a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving the product.
• Applicable Conditions: Returns or exchanges are valid if you receive an incorrect size, wrong color, or a damaged/defective product.
• Delivery Charges:
1. For Exchange: If we make a mistake (wrong size/color/damage), we will bear the delivery charge for the exchange.
2. For Return: If a customer wishes to return a product, the customer must bear the return delivery charge.
